  • Yes. Per the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ How to Vote in a Primary Website, a party change can be done online, by mail, or in person at your local election office at least 10 days before the Primary.

    1) You must be a U.S. Citizen.

    2) You must be a Massachusetts Resident.

    3) You must be at least 18 years old on or before the next election.

  • Yes. The Secretary of the Commonwealth has three (3) PDF Maps available for viewing and/or purchase on the State Bookstore website. The 18th Middlesex District Map illustrates the overall boundaries of each Ward and Precinct, however street names are not listed. The City Map of Lowell illustrates all Wards and Precincts in the City, color-coded, and with street names included. There is also a City Map with Subprecincts that gets into finer detail where a Ward / Precinct is split between two (2) Representative Districts.
